I have extensive experience working within a variety of social service organisations, for over 27 years. This has included leadership roles and management. I am competent in providing both clinical and cultural supervision inclusive of groupwork and team dynamics. I am also affiliated with ABACUS counselling & supervision services.

Practitioners can become 'stagnant' over time, going through the motions, so having access to supervision that understands this dynamic, can help to bring renewed purpose. This is a space where you the supervisee are allowed to be authentic and 'real' an aspect that is often limited regarding in-line supervision.
